Box Office Hours for Event Days:
On an event day the Box Office will be open extended hours. Monday through Saturday the Box Office will open at the above hours and be open until approximately half-way through the show. A Sunday event the box office will open at 12:00pm and be open until approximately half-way through the show.

Will Call Procedures (picking up tickets held at the Box Office):
The Canton Memorial Civic Center does provide Will Call ticket services through TicketMaster. Tickets being held at Will Call can be picked up starting one hour prior to the show. Tickets can only be picked up by the person whose name they were purchased under, and a valid photo ID is required when picking up the tickets. Will Call tickets must be signed for.

Box Office Forms of Payment:
The Canton Memorial Civic Center Box Office at this time accepts cash, MasterCard and Visa only. There is an ATM on-site if needed.

TicketMaster Convenience Charges:
Tickets purchased at the Canton Memorial Civic Center Box Office for Civic Center events will not be subject to the TicketMaster convenience charges. These charges to apply when purchasing tickets over the phone, internet, or other outlets.
